Jamie Ross

photographs raw and gritty, candid moments. She considers herself a participant in the scenes she captures and brings her camera along so she can relive the feelings again and again. She hopes her photos will allow the same experience for others. Jamie grew up in Pensacola, Florida and is intrigued with and fond of southern culture and how it is interwoven into her own local punk community. She also writes poetry and has been shooting 35mm film since 2019.
